The Chardonnay Cottage and Truffles Cottage
The 3-bedroom secluded cottages are situated near the Chardonnay and Black Truffle blocks. A private retreat for friends and family alike.
To confirm a booking at Borrodell Vineyard, a security deposit of $100 is needed. This deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made within 14 days of the booking.
Each cottage contains:
- 3 bedrooms
- 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds
- In Truffle Cottage – 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- In Chardonnay Cottage – 1 bedroom with a double bed
- A fully self-contained kitchen
- 2 ensuites attached, plus a 3rd bedroom / laundry
- A cosy wood fireplace
- Communal lounge room
Cost:
$180 per double room
$130 per single room
Children under 10 years, $50
2 night minimum on weekends, 3 nights on public holidays, single nights by arrangement
The Cider Suites - Sommerset and Kingston
Drive through our cider apple orchard to reach the Cider Suites. Sommerset and Kingston are both cider apples that are being used to make apple cider at Borrodell.

Cost:
$265 per night weekends (2 night minimum on weekends)
$230 per night mid-week. Longer stays by negotiation.

Clinton Cottage
Clinton Cottage is a cosy 3 bedroom, fully self-contained federation cottage, just 5 minutes walk to restaurants and shops. Close to Cook Park, and walking distance to the town’s shops and restaurants including Lolli Redini’s, Union Bank, Sweet/Sour/Salt and many more fabulous places to visit and to dine at.
It has an enclosed leafy garden, heritage-tiled bathroom, stain-glass windows and ornate ceiling features.
Modern facilities including digital entertainment unit and cosy fireplace for the cool winter months, with the convenience of being in town.
The house contains:
- fully self contained kitchen
- 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds
- heritage-tiled bathroom, with a bath
- leafy outdoor garden with bbq faciilities
- minutes walk to the CBD and restaurants, parks and boutique shops.

$190 per bedroom (single or couple)
