Our wines are made to be enjoyed at the table.
Begin with a guided tasting through our cool-climate range, then stay a little longer with a bottle, something to share, and views across the Towac Valley. In our current season, SkyBar is where you'll find us — serving seasonal dishes, local cheeses and charcuterie from an elevated vantage point above the vines and valley.
Open Friday to Sunday, it's a place to settle in rather than hurry on.
Sundays have become something of a Borrodell ritual, with friends gathering for tastings that turn into shared bottles, relaxed lunches and afternoons overlooking the vineyard.
SkyBar
Set high above Towac Valley, SkyBar is where things gather across the weekend - wine, something on the table, and the light dropping over the vines.
Open Friday to Sunday for long lunches, relaxed tastings, and Saturday night dinners.
Simple, well-placed plates are designed to graze through the afternoon - cheese boards with local and imported selections, charcuterie with cured meats and seasonal extras, and a few small things to start (and then keep going).
