Ceremonies overlook the Towac Valley, followed by drinks among the vines or orchard before guests gather for a long-table dinner as the light settles across the mountain. Each part of the day flows naturally, with no need to move between venues or interrupt the rhythm of the celebration.

From estate-grown fruit to black truffles in winter, the menus follow what’s in season. It’s food that makes sense for where you are - generous, grounded, and best shared across the table.
The wines are made on site - grown on the same hill you’re celebrating on.
