FIRE & ALTITUDE: FIREPOP x BORRODELL for NSW WINE MONTH

For NSW Wine Month, Borrodell is heading to Sydney for one night at the 2025 SMH Good Food Guide Awards New Restaurant of the Year, Firepop in Enmore. Firepop’s kitchen is cooking a multi-course menu built on Orange produce and finished over fire. Think cured barramundi on apple crisp, pork belly with koji and fermented chilli, and beef skewers straight off the grill.

Each course is matched with a Borrodell wine, from our ‘Be Savvy’ Sauvignon Blanc and ‘Giggling Gertie’ Gewürztraminer to a 2014 Museum Pinot Noir. Our GM and resident sommelier, Luisa, will host the evening and talk you through every pour.

It’s a rare chance to taste the Orange region without leaving the inner west.
