Taste the Terrain is a two-night weekend designed to connect you with Orange - its soil, its stories and the people behind it.
Stay in a Kingston or Somerset Cider Suite, with regional breakfast provisions grounding each morning in the flavours of the region. Begin your weekend with a guided winery tour and tasting alongside our French winemaker before heading just four minutes down the road for dinner at Fiorini's Osteria Italiana, where acclaimed chef Simonn Hawke showcases seasonal local produce through generous Italian cooking (dining charged directly by Fiorini's).
The following day, join Wiradjuri cultural guide Gerald Power for an Indigenous Cultural Adventure offering a deeper connection to Country. As evening falls, return to Borrodell for sunset bubbles at SkyBar before settling in to a curated three-course dinner by resident cook, Jack, thoughtfully paired with estate wines. Later, enjoy a half-carafe of estate port back in your suite beneath the stars.
Before you leave, six bottles of our vintage Pinot Noir travel home with you as a lasting expression of the place you've just experienced.
