For the curious palate, where each dish and drop reveals a local tale
Taste the terrain
Taste the Terrain is a guided immersion into place. Wine, food, and culture come together through the people who shape the land, offering a deeper connection to Orange and its stories.
Spend two nights in our Kingston or Somerset Cider Suites, designed for comfort, privacy, and slow evenings between curated experiences.
Meet the Makers
Begin your journey with the people behind the region’s flavours, discovering Orange through wine, story and place. Enjoy a winery tour with our French winemaker and guided tasting notes from our current range, before dining at Printhie Dining in Nashdale where refined regional cuisine celebrates the very landscape you’ve come to explore.
From Land to Table
Saturday unfolds as a rich cultural and culinary journey, grounded in land, tradition and shared moments. Begin with an Indigenous Cultural Adventure and bush-tucker tasting with Gerald Power, then enjoy a gentle afternoon at leisure before sunset bubbles at SkyBar overlooking the eastern plains. The evening continues with a curated dinner by our resident chef, with port waiting in-suite for a slow and thoughtful nightcap
